Greatly made game...but...
it needs adjustable controls because the controls were so awkward. Also, you need an option so that you can fire with your mouse clicker. I don't know if It's just me or not, but, I can't move diagonally with my ship, when i'm holding the spacebar down.
Other than that, it's a nicely made game, but you need a bit more variety in the monsters. 4/5
Nice game
I can see you based your game off the old SNES game, Harvest Moon. After about 40 days, with 50,000 in cash, this game really got boring. It was fun at first, but I quickly realized that there wasn't anything else to this game..
The graphics, mechanics, and sound were all great and everything, but you need more depth to the game. What made Harvest Moon so good was that you spent your money on upgrading your cabin, or farm, or spending money on getting a girlfriend (then eventual wife). There would also be seasons and little easter eggs... Little things like that make these types of games worth while. ...Playing for the goal of something. You could even add in stats for your character to upgrade (more stamina, better bargaining at the stores, charisma for the girls, etc etc).
The possibilities are endless for this game, but, sadly, I don't see any of it into the game. 7/10
Some people are so harsh
I always love a good mini-golf game. I haven't seen a mini golf game done in flash before, so that's a plus. I even got a bunch of birdies and was entered into some of their contests, so that's a plus, too.
To everyone complaining that Newgrounds is a free site and that there should be no advertising - stop whining. It's free to YOU, NOT to Newgrounds. I even heard that the costs are so high for this site that they could buy a Porsche every week with the server costs. Newgrounds probably gets money from this game, and we get free entries into contests for a nice bunch of prizes just for seeing a few advertisements in the corners. Stop the complaining. Not everything in life is free.
Alright game but really confusing
Half the time I had no idea where I was going because of all of the arrows. It's aggravating clicking through the arrows, only to walk around in circles, trying to find the one I didn't click on. Maybe it's the closed environment, because there's nothing really to go on to tell you where you're going, except flickering and darkness. Nicely done game, but the zombies seemed a bit cheesy. They really should have been drawn out, instead of pictures of your friends with photo-shopped wounds, etc.
P.S. I really really did not want to see a real picture of a human autopsy..
Wonderful game and music score
I can't give this game any less than a 10/10. Well deserved and deserves mention for best game of 08 on Newgrounds. Very inspirational and creative to the highest degree.
Great game, but I'm stuck
On the part where you need to re-use your functions, I've created a function where it will light up all the squares, but keeps going around, lighting squares and turning them off, in an endless loop. How am I supposed to get past this level? Can I create a function where I can tell the bot to stop?
Invisible tanks, oh no!
Very time consuming game, which starts out fun, but gets very very slow with drawn out battles. ...3 hours for the last battle with like 60 turns. GUH. Anyways, nice game. I'd suggest improving the time it takes for the AI to think, though. Half my game-play was waiting for the computer screen in the corner.
Kind of easy once you get the hang of it
Great game, time consuming, too! Though, the randomization of the numbers to destroy and catching the fly is the hardest part for me. Getting a high score is mostly dependent on how easily randomized those pattern games are. Overall, though, best I could get was a 635.
Good lord
Just barely managed to finish this game. It's so confusing at times, my mind felt numb. It's really hard at the later levels, since if some customer wants to use an area already occupied, their heart meter will drop fast. Managed to beat the game with 166170 points, though. Nice, fun game!
Horrid
It suggests that there's "mild nudity," but there isn't the least bit of nudity in this, unless you think showing a leg is nudity. The game really isn't that great, either. Not worth your time.
